About Jenna Baynes

Jenna Baynes, PT, DPT, ATC, OCS, is a physical therapist specializing in sports injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, and return-to-play training for athletes and active individuals. She brings over 15 years of clinical experience treating a wide range of both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic conditions.

Jenna earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University. She is also a Board Certified Athletic Trainer and a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist — advanced credentials that reflect her expertise in the evaluation and treatment of complex musculoskeletal injuries.

Prior to starting her concierge practice, Jenna practiced at leading academic medical centers including Hospital for Special Surgery and ColumbiaDoctors, where she worked with athletes and active individuals across all levels.

Today, Jenna provides personalized, one-on-one concierge physical therapy designed to help patients recover from injury, move better, and safely return to the activities they love. Her approach integrates hands-on treatment, targeted rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning to support both recovery and long-term performance.

In addition to treating injuries, she is passionate about helping athletes prevent them through movement assessment, strength training, and sport-specific conditioning.

As a Roslyn resident and parent in the local school district, Jenna is passionate about supporting the health and performance of athletes in the community.
